For the last week or so I have been busy with lots and lots of stitching. I had a little hiccup with my machine needing a trip to the sewing machine Doctor but thanks to family I was able to borrow a machine and keep on stitching. I thought you might like to see a little of what I have been working on lately...
I was pretty excited to design another style of Blythe dress, this one including a collar - let me tell you, these dresses take AGES to make but are so worth it. I had a little update in my store and my dresses are on their way to their new homes.
As well as stitching for my etsy store, I have been busy with some 'The Janelle Wind Collection' stitching too. I was very fortunate enough to have a play with a new range of Riley Blake fabrics called 'Flutter' this week and decided to remake one of my own designs using these gorgeous fabrics. I had a whole lot of fun stitching another 'Frill Seeker' bag with these beautiful fabrics.
I just love the mix of colours in this beautiful range and I love that my store's can now choose from two covers when ordering this pattern too. How fun! Here is the pattern cover photo using this new version of my bag.
I am halfway through another exciting something that I am bursting to show you too. I am up to the border stage and will show you more as soon as I can. For now, here is a sneak peek.
I hope you have enjoyed a little peek into my studio this week. I hope you have been able to have a little stitching time this week too. xx
