I'm super excited to share my project with you that I made for Sarah's Christmas in July online event. Without further ado, here is 'Christmas at the Cabin'...
'Christmas at the Cabin' is made using traditional piecing with a mix of gorgeous fabrics. At just under 1 metre square, this table centre piece was SO much fun to make and I think looks super cute on the table too. I have used a beautiful mix of fabrics, including some gorgeous Tilda fabrics. I have to tell you that Tilda fabrics are beautiful quality and so lovely to stitch with.
As a special treat for the girls participating in Christmas in July at Quilt Fabric Delights, I have used offcuts and left overs from making this quilt to make a bonus project. It hasn't been revealed to the girls in class yet, so I will have to show you that at another time.
GREAT news for you is that there are still a few spaces left in this class. Head on over HERE to read all about it and if you would like to see some photos of the projects that have been shared in class so far, have a look HERE. Sarah will also be selling kits for this project, take a look HERE for details.
As part of the class, there is a forum for chatting and online chatting as well. We had a great live chat in the chatroom on Friday night too. It's a great opportunity to chat with your classmates and designers as well. It was a lot of fun, cyber chatting and tea drinking too.
I hope you love 'Christmas at the Cabin' as much as I do. Celebrating Christmas in July is fun! xx Janelle
