It is raining and miserable outside.
It is the kind of day where I just want to pop on some jeans a sweater and sit looking out the window.
My day was made much sunnier though by some happy mail.
A lovely facebook friend and blog reader of mine, Lisa Balm spoiled me by sending me this most gorgeous necklace that she found while Op shopping. Lisa mentioned in her card that when she saw this necklace in the Op shop she thought of me - how thoughtful. Thank you Lisa for making me feel special today. I love my new necklace and the aqua/teal colours are perfect for me too.
So instead of sitting and looking out the window, I am wearing my new necklace while pattern editing - yay!! And doing a little stitching too.
I am pretty excited that I was able to design a new style Blythe dress, this one with 3/4 length sleeves. I made this one too, just to test my pattern...
So after my pattern is complete, I plan on making a few more dresses and drinking a few more cups of tea.
