If you followed along as I posted all about our recent trip to South Australia, you might remember seeing the project that I taught at Inspired Stitches. A few of you may have even wished you could have been there to share the weekend with us too. Well I have the next best thing!
I am so very excited to share that I have released my latest pattern - 'Central Park'. In this detailed pattern, you will be able to make your very own birdcage inspired scarf, journal cover, gorgeous fabric flower and headband. This pattern also includes a few photographs to help in construction of the flower too.
Here are a few photos to show you the details of 'Central Park'...
Here I am wearing the scarf - to show you how it looks when worn...
And here are a few ways to wear the flower - I am so addicted to making these! Here it is as a headband.
So as you can see, this is a really versatile pattern, with lots of ways to use and wear the scarf and flower.
Here is the pattern cover photo, so that you will know what to look for when you are shopping for your very own copy of 'Central Park'.
The lovely Sarah of Quilt Fabric Delights has shared some gorgeous photos of her sister Susan's version of the Central Park journal cover on her blog HERE. I just love Susan's version, and the fabrics she has used too - just gorgeous! Sarah will also be selling a limited number of kits in similar fabrics to those used in my original, so if you are keen for a kit and the pattern, why not contact Sarah.
You can see many of my other lovely stockists in the sidebar of my blog. I know any of these stores would be more than happy to help you with patterns and kits too.
And finally, here is a photo of two of the gorgeous girls from Inspired Stitches who between them made a scarf, a flower belt and a flower brooch each, and all in two days! Great work Wendy and Sharon.
I have been VERY busy with some more stitched projects, so will be back with some more sneak peeks and shares soon. x Janelle
