Wow!! Emily has a really good eye for colour and what looks good together- hardly surprising considering you are her mother!! I (and my sister) taught my niece how to sew and quilt, and I know how much of a thrill that is!

I just wanted to say also, that I love looking at your blog.. I have been in Germany for the last 3 months and counting, looking for work- without my boyfriend or my sewing machine (and am really missing my new quilt project packed up, half cut out in a box in Australia)!! So I hang out for each of your new blog posts- I love all of your colour combos and lovely fresh new patterns and ideas.. So thank you!!

Love, Jocelyn

What a clever little munchkin you have....

Miss Lilli has started her first stitchery these holidays, makes my heart happy to see her enjoying something crafty.

Your relationship with your kids is so precious Janelle and you can tell they love you so much. Don't ever change. I love the new banner for your blog. Looking forward to all you have to share with us in 2009. Best wishes to you all. xx Sue

Wow you must have a ton of patience! I would love to teach Lilly one day but I think that she lacks the patience and concentration. She loves to scrapbook though because she can whip up a page quickly.

Love the teaser... I am loving red at the moment too. I will have to send you a pic of my handbag that I got for christmas. You will love it :o)

Happy Friday!

Amanda

How lovely it must be to teach your daughter to sew! And she looks like she has a good eye for colour.
P.S. love the new blog banner

Clever girls the both of you. I can't wait till my little girl is big enough to sew with Mummy.

How nice to be the "best" mother in the world!! Her baby's quilt looks amazing!
